VINTAGE PORTLAND SENTINEL HOTEL WEDDING

The 2020 season started off with Meegan and Jojoe’s glamorously vintage Portland Sentinel Hotel wedding. These two are such good, beautiful humans. I am so excited to share these images with you all!

I met Meegan and Jojoe this fall while they were visiting Bend for Meegan’s birthday and scheduled a mini portrait session. The night before the session, Jojoe surprised Meegan by proposing. The mini photo session turned into a mini engagement session! They planned their wedding with lightening speed. Just a few months later, we were back together for their wedding. I couldn’t be more excited to be photographing their wedding at the incredibly photogenic and glamorously vintage Sentinel hotel in Portland, Oregon.

Meegan and Jojoe’s Story

These two met in Portland at Orange Theory Fitness. I like to think that it was over a high five. But, I believe it involved some sort of water bottle and Jojoe’s charismatic smile as he worked at the studio. These two adore each other in the best way. It’s so clear that they are such strong partners and supporters of each other. They will have a lifetime of adventures! Their families were incredibly sweet, and I definitely joined in on the crying during some of the more emotional moments of the day.

The Vintage Sentinel Hotel Wedding

The Sentinel hotel was the perfect wonderfully vintage and glamorous setting for this wedding. From the floors to the wall colors to the CEILINGS, the Sentinel Hotel had every room perfectly put together. (I’m seriously thinking about painting my wall a dark green!) We managed to avoid the Portland rain and were able to take advantage downtown Portland.
